レノが、レオパレスからレノパレスになるべく、ものすごい勢いで買い増してますね。敵対的TOBで、経営陣に買い取らせるのか、他に売却するのか、どういう作戦に出るか注目してます。
旧村上ファンド系のレノがレオパレスを4営業日連続買い付け！
PBRは現状0.91倍。まだまだ買い増ししてきそう。ちなみに一足先に買い始めていた、逆張りファンドのオデイ・アセット・マネジメントは、15.62％です。レノは、14.13％と、あと少しで、逆転しそうな勢い。今後開催される株主総会のスケジュールも確認しとかねばですね。
